Here at iRecruitment, we are looking for someone to join our team in the role of trainee recruitment consultant.

Are you a sales driven, people focussed and professional person looking to take their sales career to the next level?

As part of the job you would:

• Develop Business by engaging with local employers - over the phone and face to face
• Use job boards and social media to attract relevant candidates for employers
• Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end
• Be confident in working using Microsoft packages and also our CRM system (training will be given on the CRM)
• Work to targets and set goals
• Proactively contact potential and current clients - cold calling, emails etc
• Have experience in a sales environment preferably in B2B
• Hold a full driving license with access to your own vehicle to enable you to go and visit clients

We are a small but well established team with over 50 years combined recruitment experience, making sure that you would get all of the training and support that you need.

The office is open from 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, there is no weekend working involved in this position.
