Collaborating closely with Sales and Sales Support teams to meet sales order and connection requirements. Acting as the link between the company and external providers to ensure customer orders are provisioned successfully and products/services are completed seamlessly. Engage with customers via phone and other communication channels to address inquiries and provide information. Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring all customer interactions are documented appropriately. Demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
