- Visiting new prospects and existing clients nationwide.
- Managing and growing current accounts through strong relationships.
- Driving new business to expand the UK footprint.
- Proven experience within sales and business development, ideally within construction, manufacturing, agriculture, or selling into builders merchants/distribution.
- A proactive, new-business mindset this isn t just about maintaining accounts.
- Comfortable working in a small business environment proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of your role.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK with overnight stays as required.
- Up to £40,000 basic salary + bonus.
- Company vehicle after probation.
- Field-based role typically one day a week in the office, the rest in the field or working from home.
