More about the role:
- Develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans for each dealership, aligned to group targets and OEM priorities- Create and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, CRM, events, and showroom activity
- Drive lead generation and conversion, optimising campaigns to maximise ROI- Use data, insights, and customer behaviour to continuously improve performance and the end-to-end customer journey
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation- Act as the key link between marketing, sales teams, and dealership management, ensuring alignment and execution excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, ensuring compliance and maximising co-op funding opportunities- Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget
- Ensure all activity is consistent with brand guidelines and manufacturer standards- Lead, develop, and inspire the retail marketing team to deliver high performance and continuous improvement
More about you:
- Proven experience in automotive retail marketing (dealer group, OEM, or agency)- Strong experience working with OEM marketing programmes and co-op funding models
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and CRM- Experience managing multi-site or multi-brand marketing activity
- Strong analytical capability, with a data-driven approach to performance optimisation- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
