iRecruitment are working alongside one of our food manufacturing clients based in Crewe, we are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their existing team.

You would be the first point of contact for the factory and all quality related activities. From auditing of processes to the quality checking of the finished product.

Supporting managers and operatives through coaching of food safety and quality standards, to ensure that the product is authentic, legal and food safe inline with customer and legal requirements.

The successful person will:

  • Have experience in the food industry - manufacturing
  • Previously or currently have been working in food production
  • Know food safety rules and regulations
  • Have experience in root cause analysis and preventative action implementation.
  • Be a team player who supports others to ensure that deadlines are achieved
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing workloads
  • Have experience in using a PC and a good level of both spoken and written English language

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 06.00-18.00.
