New Product Coordinator
13.87 Hourly
The purpose of our New Product Coordinator is to co-ordinate the samples and Concept to Launch (CTL) processes for both Crewe and Leeds sites.
9am to 3pm, Tuesday to Thursday, 16.5 hours per per hour
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead communication & maintain documentation through the Concept to Launch process
- Monitor compliance with CTL procedures and address non-conformance
- Conduct a Post Launch Review & host weekly calls for sites for actions, and to improve process
- Oversee sample process, including adherence to process by all departments and circulate weekly samples report; conduct stock counts
- Ensure product stored (Raw material, Packaging and Finished goods) is within shelf life and correctly labelled for identification and traceability
- Pack and dispatch samples on time and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice in the samples storage area. Coordinate with Waste Recovery for disposal of expired or non-conforming products
- Oversee production trials of new raw material / format, take photographs for evidence and produce trial report. Compare to existing product
- Maintain CTL records for data accuracy and timeline adherence
- Verify DHL invoices against sample trackers, approve, and forward to Accounts Payable
- Report weekly KPIs to relevant stakeholders
- Provide recommendations to improve processes / service delivery & work on key business projects as required

- Relevant experience in an administrative role with good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, demonstrated both internally and externally
- High levels of attention to detail
- A team player who supports others to ensure that work deadlines are achieved
- Comes up with ideas and seeks opportunities to improve output
- Well organised and able to co-ordinate a number of simultaneous tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent PC skills; ideally Microsoft Office. Puts in place systems to improve organisation of work
