Do you already work in care and are fed up of spending more time in the car travelling than spending it caring for clients? Take a read of why working at SureCare is different......
We know that people work in care because they want to spend time with people, providing support and making them smile, which is why our runs are designed around clients who live close together. With travel time varying from 5 to 10 minutes your day is spent with clients. You are paid for both the travel time and mileage with no big gaps in your runs.
We know how important a work-life balance is so we work with you to provide a monthly schedule that works for both you and us. This means you know what your days off are in advance and the hours you will be working. If you want to pick up additional hours you can do so to add to your core hours, maybe around holiday season when you want to earn some extra money.
