Location: Crewe and surrounding areasContract Type: day to day (Monday to Friday)Start Date: ImmediatePay Rate: 90 - 120 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)About the RoleWe are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality teaching support across a range of secondary schools in the Crewe area.This is a full-time role (5 days per week) with an immediate start, ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and is confident teaching across different subjects and year groups within a secondary setting.You'll be stepping into a range of classroom environments, delivering engaging lessons, ensuring continuity of learning, and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere for students.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver pre-planned lessons in line with the school's curriculum and policiesManage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive learning environmentQuickly adapt to different school settings, year groups, and subjects as requiredProvide feedback to school staff and contribute to pupils' learning progressUphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all timeswe are looking for : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualificationExperience teaching in UK secondary schools (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)Strong classroom management and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport with students and staff quicklyAn enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)Availability for 5 days per week and ability to start immediatelyWe OfferCompetitive daily pay ( 90- 120 per day, depending on experience)Consistent, full-time work across Crewe and nearby areasVariety and flexibility within a supportive network of local schoolsImmediate start with ongoing placements availableSupport from a friendly, experienced education recruitment teamAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
