We are seeking a caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team full-time. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to help them access learning

• Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in the classroom

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support

• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

• Previous experience working with children (ideally within SEN support)

• A compassionate and patient approach

• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality

• Reliability and a genuine passion for supporting young learners

• A long-term role with potential to go permanent
