Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Crewe

We are seeking an Examinations Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attentive and enthusiastic administrator to support in the provision of a quality support service for learners, visitors, customers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer the processes of the Exams department, ensuring the work is completed in line with JCQ regulations;

Take responsibility for the organisation and running of specific examinations as determined by the Examinations Officers, including booking invigilators, setting up examination rooms, checking equipment, supporting invigilation and checking & packing examination papers;

Support the Examinations Officers ; and

Promote the welfare of children and young people.

Key Person Specification Requirements:

GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent);

Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels;

Excellent organisational skills; and

Appropriate level of digital literacy.
