Job Title: Cover Supervisors

Location: Nantwich, Cheshire Contract Type: Contract Salary: 90- 130

We are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in high schools across the Nantwich area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that students continue to engage in their studies in the absence of the regular teacher. If you have experience working with young people and have excellent communication and classroom management skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support students in the classroom during the absence of the class teacher
• Ensure students stay on task and complete assigned work
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Support student's well-being and help create a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate school staff
• Follow the school's policies and procedures to ensure consistency and safety

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is desirable)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain focus on tasks
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student's learning and development
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour
