Pay & Benefits

• £12.80/hour weekdays

• £13.70/hour evenings (after 6pm) and weekends

• Bank Holidays: £19.20 (day), £20.55 (evening), double pay on Christmas & New Year's Day

No Experience? No Problem!

We provide full paid training and continuous support to help you grow:

1. In-house induction – covering all the essentials, from safeguarding to moving & handling.
2. Shadowing & mentoring – learn alongside experienced carers.
3. Ongoing qualifications – complete your Care Certificate and progress to NVQs in Health & Social Care.
