Manage the booking, allocation, and tracking of plant, tools, MEWPs, lifting equipment, generators, and specialist HV equipment.Maintain an accurate plant register for all transmission projects (substations, OHL, cable routes).Coordinate deliveries, collections, off-hire, and transfers between sites.Ensure plant is available to meet project schedules and minimise downtime.Track expiry dates and schedule inspections, servicing, and statutory testing.Support site teams with RAMS, equipment registers, and safety documentation.Liaise with approved suppliers for hire, repair, servicing, and replacement of plant.Track hire costs, utilisation, off-hire dates, and cost codes.Maintain accurate digital records for:Plant registersCertificates & inspectionsDelivery notesOff-hire confirmationsPurchase ordersCalibration logs
