Macclesfield-based Spectrum Ophthalmics has set its sights on growth in 2023, as it aims to increase turnover by 15%.

To achieve this, the ophthalmic provider is adding more product ranges to its portfolio and expanding its sales team.

Spectrum Ophthalmics operates nationally and works with the NHS and private sector helping surgeons, optometrists, and ophthalmologists with cutting-edge products, support, and care solutions.

Managing director at Spectrum Ophthalmics, David Killengray, commented: "At some point in our lifetime, most of us will experience impaired vision affecting the day-to-day quality of our lives.

At Spectrum, we are committed to providing eyecare specialists with the absolute best ophthalmic products and solutions that enable them to be more successful and help more patients to enjoy better vision.

Over the next 12 months, we will continue to invest in our product range, unique support solutions, and experienced team to provide ophthalmologists with the confidence to deliver the best eyecare solutions, treatments, advice, and aftercare for their patients."

It is one year since the fast-growing company became part of the Europe-wide healthcare brand Addvision and has launched a range of new products to help this growth, including a dynamic operating chair, premium intraocular lenses, and a range of dry eye solutions aimed at meeting new needs from both b2b and b2c user groups.
