COMMUNITY is one of the core values of Nub News - it's at the heart of everything we do.

That's why we're supporting local businesses and promoting the 'shop local' message in the run up to Christmas.

Local retailers are keen to encourage customers back to the town centre after the lockdown ends next Wednesday (December 2).

These are challenging times, but the festive period is one of the busiest periods of the year and at Crewe Nub News we want to help traders get back on their feet.

We are launching a Virtual Christmas Market - a place where local traders can share details of their festive stock, menus, special offers and deals, opening times, etc.

This will be updated and shared on our website, Facebook and Twitter pages. And the best part? It's completely FREE to take part!

Simply email the name of your business, a short description of what you're offering this festive season and website link (if applicable) to [email protected] and we'll add it to our virtual Christmas market.

Don't forget to mention any online services you may be offering, especially for those who are still self-isolating.

Our virtual Christmas market will go live on our website on December 2, so why not get in touch to make sure your business is included!

All businesses taking part will also be automatically added to the Crewe Nub News Local List - our free directory of local businesses.

And if you have a festive event coming up, don't forget to add it to the Crewe Nub News website - simply visit our What's On page and click the black Nub It button to enter the event details.

It's just another way we're supporting the Crewe community!
