We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Kia Business Centre in Nantwich. As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks designed to ensure the sales process is efficient and offers the best possible service to customer. This will involve: Building and developing strong relationships with key clients Processing terms of business and contracts and updating the relevant systems Answering incoming phone calls and emails Organising the demonstration of vehicles, checking customer's details, liaising with the various internal and external teams to ensure a seamless process Updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Dealing with customer queries including complaints and requests for informationIn summary we are looking for an initiative-taking, ambitious person who is willing and prepared to take ownership of tasks, demonstrating personal initiative and accountability. A Bit About You The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate: A proactive, customer-focused approach to work with the ability to prioritise Excellent attention to detail Good IT skills with either the existing knowledge of or willingness to learn Excel and CRM Organised and methodical with a strong sense of accountability to both the client and prospect experience Strong administration skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at onceThis role will give you great exposure to Kia and you will have regular client contact.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £20,500.00-£23,000.00 per yearBenefits: Company events Company pension Free flu jabs Health & wellbeing programme Life insurance On-site parking Private medical insuranceSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
