We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our small friendly marketing team in Nantwich.

As a Sales and Marketing Administrator you will manage day to day enquires into the business using a variety of different platforms including phone, email and social media. You will be able to:

  • Provide excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact to all Belong enquirers
  • Support the achievement of targeted occupancy levels through active enquiry management for all villages – cross-selling and signposting community services where appropriate to provide solutions for customers
  • Support the marketing and customer service functions in the promotion of the Belong brand through the production of all marketing materials and the delivery of an outstanding customer service experience.

You will be a focussed customer service professional with exceptional administration skills and the experience and confidence to ensure our customers receive a first-class experience throughout their journey with us. This role provides the opportunity to grow and progress within the Customer Service team.

The role is predominantly Monday - Friday however due to the nature of the business we need someone who is reliable and able to fulfil contracted hours and flexible work patterns. We offer a hybrid working pattern to employees after a period of office based training and induction.

The salary for this role is £21,657 per annum.
